Firefly Kids Company provides pediatric occupational therapy services specializing in handwriting support for children. Our services include virtual one-on-one therapy sessions, in-home therapy sessions, online courses, and educational resources.

Professional Services

All therapy services are provided by Andrea Chittick, a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist. While we strive to provide the best possible care and outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results. Therapy outcomes depend on many factors including the child's individual needs, family participation, and consistency of practice.

Online Courses and Resources

Our online courses and downloadable resources are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional occupational therapy services. By purchasing or accessing our educational materials, you acknowledge that:

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Session bookings are subject to availability. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Specific cancellation policies will be provided when you book your services.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking for online courses and may be required in advance or at the time of service for therapy sessions. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

Refund policies vary by service type. Online course refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course has been accessed. Therapy session fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with adequate notice. Please contact us to discuss specific circumstances.
